SC will hear the Bhojshala case today, the petitioner will put forward new arguments regarding the ASI survey; will the stance change?


The case of Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque complex in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh is to be heard in the Supreme Court. In this case, petitioner Ashish Goyal said, ‘Today, the petition filed by Hindu Front for Justice is to be heard in the Supreme Court.

The petitioner said, we have demanded that the ban imposed by the Supreme Court on the ASI survey in Bhojshala be lifted and the religious form of Bhojshala should be implemented as per the ASI survey.

‘The issue of Bhojshala is like Kashi-Mathura and Ayodhya’

In this, petitioner Ashish Goyal and others will present their side in the hearing with new arguments.

In which it will be told that the issue of Bhojshala and the form of this complex is like Kashi-Mathura and Ayodhya.

It has nothing to do with the Religious Places of Worship Act 1991. It is a building protected by ASI (Archaeological Survey of India).

Therefore, the original petition should be heard. The ban imposed by the Supreme Court on the implementation of the survey report should also be lifted.
