While presenting the first budget (Haryana Budget 2025) of his government in the assembly, Chief Minister Nayab Saini (CM Nayab Saini) followed the motto of Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek and holistic development very well. Be it northern Haryana or the south or Haryana located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
He opened the mouth of the heart and treasury for every region. If he gave IMT to be built on 800 acres to Ambala in northern Haryana, then a modern air-conditioned flower market to Gurugram. The state’s largest modern mustard oil mill will be set up in southern Haryana.
NCR is in for a treat
Along with the establishment of the Department of Future, Chief Minister Nayab Saini also announced the establishment of Artificial Intelligence i.e. AI Mission Institute in Gurugram. In this, the concept of public service has been kept through data based policy making and governance automation.
Rewari and Faridabad have been included in the Horticulture Mission. A centre of excellence will be set up in Shaheed Hassan Khan Mewati Government Medical College in Nuh. 10 new industrial model townships will be developed in IMT in Kharkhoda itself. Common effluent treatment plants will be set up in Gurugram and Faridabad.
Won the heart of South Haryana
Chief Minister Naib Saini won the heart of South Haryana in his first budget. Made big announcements especially for Hisar. These include date palm excellence centre in Hisar, guava processing plant, increasing the number of beds from 200 to 300 in civil hospital, starting air service from Hisar to Ayodhya, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Jammu.
Preparation institutes will be built for army recruitment in Hisar and Rewari. Air cargo warehouse will be built at Hisar airport.
Northern Haryana got this
The Chief Minister has made many big announcements in the budget for the districts coming in northern Haryana. These include Ayush Herbal Park in Jind and a modern fire training institute will be built in village Khedi Masania at a cost of Rs 29 crore.
An 800 MW ultra super critical thermal plant and Forest Research Institute will be set up in Yamunanagar at a cost of Rs 7,272 crore. A common effluent treatment plant will be installed here. A new training institute of Haryana Institute of Public Administration will be opened in Morni.
