The mock drill will be conducted from 5 pm to 9 pm. At the same time, the time for blackout has been fixed from 8 pm to 8.15 pm i.e. 15 minutes.

Apart from this, mock drill and blackout will also be conducted in Punjab adjacent to Pakistan. Here also the time of 8 pm has been fixed for blackout. Practice will be done to avoid air attacks and deal with the situation of war in the entire state including 6 border districts of Punjab. Apart from this, this practice will also be done in Chandigarh.

6 important things related to Operation Shield of Haryana Government…

First siren will be sounded: To start Operation Shield, first of all sirens will be sounded simultaneously in the entire state at 5 pm on Thursday. This will be a signal for the general public in case of air attack or drone attack. Recently, the government has installed sirens in all the villages of the state apart from cities. During this, the hotline of the control room made with the Air Force will also be tested.

Mock drill will start at 5 pm: Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Dr. Sumita Mishra said that mock drill will start in all 22 districts from 5 pm, which will continue till 9 pm. During this, the response time of ambulance for helping the injured and fire brigade in case of fire will be observed.

Blackout will be at 8 pm: According to the Additional Home Secretary, the blackout will be for 15 minutes. The blackout will start at 8 pm, which will end at 8:15 pm. Essential emergency services like hospitals, fire stations and police stations will be exempted from the blackout order.

Outside lights will have to be switched off as soon as the sun sets: The government has instructed that after sunset, all houses, shops, offices and business establishments will have to completely switch off their outside lights. Petrol pumps and liquor shops have been given special instructions regarding this.

You can turn on lights inside the houses but thick curtains are necessary: ​​As per the government’s instructions, people can use electricity inside their houses during blackout. However, it will be mandatory for them to put thick curtains on the windows and doors. So that the light inside their house does not come out.

These people will be involved in the operation: This mock drill will include civil defense wardens, registered volunteers and youth organizations like National Cadet Corps (NCC), National Service Scheme (NSS), Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) and Bharat Scouts and Guides. All these will also be included in case of war or air attack. All of them together will help in emergency preparations.

The head of the missile fell in an empty space near the marriage place on the main road in Otu village of Rania in Sirsa. The middle part of the missile fell near the Gurudwara in Firozabad Chak Sahiba. The third, rear part fell near village Khajakheda on Rania Road.

Drones were seen 70 KM away from Ambala

Some drones were seen 70 km away from Ambala, after which sirens were sounded for 48 minutes. During this time, all the schools and colleges of Ambala were immediately closed and children were given leave. Apart from Army Cantt, Ambala has an Air Force Station. The government had cancelled the leave of police, health department and fire brigade employees.

Woman dies in drone attack in Punjab

After Operation Sindoor on the night of 6–7 May in Punjab, Pakistan fired drones, rockets and missiles continuously for 4 days. This included Kapurthala, Pathankot, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Mansa, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Tarn Taran, Hoshiarpur and Bathinda districts. The parents and their son were injured in this. The woman died during treatment. A person was injured in a drone attack in Jalandhar. Pakistan had attacked Pathankot and Adampur airbases, causing minor damage to them. Pakistan had tried to blow up both the airbases by firing high-speed missiles.
