If they reach CM-Ministers directly, action will be taken against the employees
Officers and employees working in universities and colleges of Haryana are ignoring departmental rules on various service matters and are making arrangements to reach the high command directly. Instead of going to their departmental officer through the channel, the officers and employees are directly reaching the Governor, Chief Minister, Ministers and public representatives. Due to this, departmental work and other activities are getting affected.
Now in future, action will be taken against the officers and employees of the education department for such activities as per the rules. Additional Chief Secretary of Higher Education Department Haryana has issued these instructions. It is written in the letter that the officers and employees of Directorate of Higher Education (General), State Universities and Colleges are not following the provisions of Haryana Civil Services Rules 2016.
