A case of BJP leader Naman Bansal being attacked by unknown youths has come to light. On Friday night, unknown youths first slapped Naman at Gopal Nagar Chowk on Tibba Road and then attacked him on his back with a chisel.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident took place at around 10 pm, where the youths attacked him in the Chowk. According to people, firing also took place during this time. The BJP leader saved his life by going to a nearby shop. He was immediately brought to the Civil Hospital by the people present on the spot, where he is undergoing treatment.
The BJP leader told in his statement that he was getting threats for the last 2-3 days, he was returning home from the shop like everyday, meanwhile the said youths attacked me at home. At present, the police has registered the statement and started investigation.
