After the end of the monsoon, temperatures in Punjab have started rising, and people are suffering from the heat. Meteorological Department experts say that this time the cold will arrive late.
According to meteorologists, temperatures have not dropped even after the monsoon has left, and cold winds have not yet become active. Due to this, humid heat is likely to continue until the first week of October. According to the Meteorological Department, cold winds will become active only in the second week of October, and the weather will gradually begin to cool. However, this time the cold will only be felt at night, while the day will remain warm.
Experts say that cold winds in Punjab and the entire country usually come from the northwest and north, but this year the easterly winds are blowing. Therefore, this time the cold will arrive late. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain dry until October 4th. There may be a change in the weather on October 5 and 6, as a Western Disturbance is going to become active on October 4, due to which there will be cloudy weather.
