The sky is expected to remain mostly clear, although light fog and cold winds may occur in the morning and evening. Due to the changing weather, medical experts have advised the elderly and children to take special precautions. It is important to wear warm clothing when going out in the morning and evening. The temperature provides some relief during the sunshine, but as soon as the sun sets, the cold returns.
