Haryana RTE Admissions 2026: A Golden Opportunity for Free Admission in Private Schools—Apply by This Date

Date:

In accordance with the directives of the Education Department, this admission process for reserved seats will be applicable to entry-level classes—specifically Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Class 1. District Elementary Education Officer Basant Kumar has clarified that the department’s priority is to maintain transparency, ensuring that truly needy children receive quality education.

Selection to be Conducted via a Transparent Lottery System

This time, the admission process has been significantly streamlined. Between March 11 and March 20, schools submitted details regarding available seats to the department; these details underwent a rigorous verification process that continued until March 29. Applications will now be accepted until April 16, following which an online lottery will be conducted using specialized software. Children whose names appear in this lottery will be allotted schools located within the geographical vicinity of their place of residence.

Mandatory Documents: To avoid any difficulties during the application process, parents are required to keep certain important documents ready. These primarily include:
Family ID (PPP) (Mandatory)
Aadhaar Card
BPL Card or Income Certificate
Birth Certificate
Residence Certificate
