The victim stated that during the assault and mistreatment, the accused extracted ₹55,000 in cash from her husband’s pocket and also snatched away her Vivo mobile phone. When the victimized couple mustered the courage to raise an alarm, the accused—seeing a crowd gathering nearby—fled the scene while issuing death threats.
