A major incident has been reported from Tanda, where a migrant worker was murdered under suspicious circumstances in the village of Awan Ghore Shah. Providing details, Tanda Station House Officer (SHO) Gurjinderjit Singh Nagra stated that a police team led by ASI Rajvinder Singh received information from the village Sarpanch regarding the discovery of a migrant worker’s body—found under suspicious circumstances—at the government school in Awan Ghore Shah.
Upon receiving the information, SHO Inspector Gurjinderjit Singh Nagra arrived at the scene with a police team, took possession of the body, and initiated an investigation. The deceased has been identified as a migrant worker from Uttar Pradesh who lived with his family at the village government school and worked as a laborer in the village.
