A significant revelation has emerged following the post-mortem examination in the case of social media influencer Manjit Kaur. Deputy Superintendent of Police (South) Gurjit Kaur stated that the post-mortem report revealed Manjit was three-and-a-half months pregnant. She added that the matter is currently under investigation.
It is worth noting that Manjit Kaur’s mother had lodged a complaint on August 26, alleging that on the night of July 3, three or four individuals had summoned Manjit to a liquor shop in Sector 34. She alleged that her daughter was forcibly taken from there in a car to Morinda, where she was assaulted, tied to a tree, and set on fire. Subsequently, an acquaintance spotted Manjit engulfed in flames and rushed her to the hospital. She underwent treatment for approximately two months before passing away on August 26.
