FIR was filed against Mohan Baroli and Rocky Mittal on 13 December but nobody knew about it. On 14 January suddenly its FIR copy came out. In which the victim woman said that she had gone to Kasauli for a trip with her friend and her boss Amit.
Baroli and Rocky Mittal met her in the hotel. They took her and her friend to the room. Where Baroli forcibly made her drink alcohol on the pretext of giving her a job and Rocky Mittal made her a model and then gangraped her and threw her out of the room. After this, they called her to Panchkula and tried to implicate her in some case.
Himachal Police said- Victim did not get medical done, CCTV was also not found
In this case, statements of Himachal Police’s Solan SP Gaurav Singh and Parwanoo DSP Mehar Panwar came out. They said that the victim woman did not get medical done. When they went to the hotel, CCTV footage was not found there because the case was registered after about one and a half years. Only footage of one and a half months is kept in reserve there. Police did not find any evidence from the hotel room either.
On January 15, the friend came forward and said – no gangrape happened
The very next day, the friend whom the victim woman made a witness came in front of the media in Panchkula. She said that she had only met singer Rocky Mittal in the Kasauli hotel. She neither knows Mohan Baroli nor did she see him there. I came to know after the case was registered that I have been made a witness.
They have some issue. They said that money will be given and the boss (Amit Bindal) will get a ticket. The friend said that if gangrape had happened in such a big hotel, would she not have screamed? Would the people around not have known? This entire case is false. I don’t even drink alcohol.
January 16: Amit Bindal came forward and said – I don’t know about the gangrape
The next day, the victim woman’s boss Amit Bindal came in front of the media in Sonipat. Amit claimed that on the day of the gangrape incident, Mohan Baroli and singer Rocky Mittal were staying in the same hotel. He too had gone to Kasauli to visit with the victim and her friend. He and the two women stayed in separate rooms. He does not know whether gangrape happened during this time or not. On the political feud with Baroli, Bindal said that there are no permanent friends or enemies in politics. On collusion, Bindal said that when the victim comes forward, the whole truth will be revealed.
What did Baroli say on the gangrape case
BJP president Baroli spoke to the media on this matter only on the day the FIR came out. He had said that this is a political stunt. The whole matter is false. It has nothing to do with reality. However, after this Baroli has kept distance from the media.
