AAP government is being held responsible, demand for CM Mann’s resignation
This is the reason why the National President of Republican Party of India and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister of Government of India, Ramdas Athawale, visited Amritsar a day earlier. On Friday also, Athawale issued a statement saying that the Aam Aadmi Party government is completely responsible for the incident of trying to break the statue of Baba Sahib in Amritsar. For this, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann should resign.
CM Mann is busy campaigning leaving the responsibility of the state
The Union Minister said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is busy campaigning in Delhi elections leaving the responsibility of the state and the law and order of Punjab has completely collapsed. He said that action should be taken against the accused under the section of sedition.
Let us tell you that on the occasion of Republic Day, a youth climbed the statue of Dr. Ambedkar installed in Heritage Street leading to Sri Harimandir Sahib and attacked it with hammers. Anger is increasing in Punjab over this. A BJP delegation has also submitted a memorandum to Governor Gulab Chand Kataria regarding this matter.
