A student studying in Chandigarh was kidnapped and electric current was applied on his private part. The accused raped him and blackmailed him by making obscene videos. The victim has accused two people including a car dealer of Mohali Sector-88. She has released a video and told her ordeal.
In this case, a zero FIR has been registered on the complaint of the victim student in Shimla Police Station of Himachal Pradesh and sent to City Kharar Police Station of Mohali. At the same time, police station in-charge Ajitesh Kaushal said that the matter is being investigated, legal action will be taken against the accused on the basis of whatever facts come out in the investigation.
Electric current applied on private part
In the complaint given to the police, the victim told that he is studying in Chandigarh and he is originally from Shimla and works as an insurance agent. On January 11, he was in his flat, when Harjeet Singh and his friend Karam Dev forcibly pressured him to work in their office.
At the same time, they started threatening him to book VIP number 0009 from RTO. After this, he was picked up at gunpoint and taken to Sector-88 and beaten up. He was given electric shock and a stick was inserted in his private parts. During this, the accused made a video of the entire incident and started blackmailing him.

According to the victim, they forcibly transferred Rs 30,000 online from his mobile and also got his SUV registered in their name. The accused also demanded a ransom of Rs 4 lakh in exchange for deleting the video.
After that, he was so hurt that he tried to commit suicide on January 19. He reached Pinjore and made a video of his ordeal while crying and sent it to friends and relatives. People saved him when he saw him committing suicide, but he fainted. When he regained consciousness on January 21, he was in the custody of Shimla Police.
