The budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly will run for 19 days. Out of these, there will be a holiday for 10 days. CM Naib Saini will present the budget for the first time as Finance Minister.
The tentative schedule of the budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly has been released. The budget session will run from March 7 to 25. The budget will be presented on March 13, a day before Holi.
The dates of the budget session will be finalized in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
According to the tentative schedule, the Governor’s address will be held on March 7 at 11 am. There will be a holiday on March 8 and 9. The address will be discussed from March 10 to 12. On March 13, Chief Minister Naib Saini will present the budget for 2025-26 for the first time as Finance Minister. There will be a holiday from March 14 to 16. Budget estimates will be discussed on March 17 and 18. There will be no sitting on 19, 20 and 21. There will be a holiday on Saturday and Sunday on March 22 and 23.
On March 24, the CM will respond to the discussion on the budget estimates. Many legislative works will be done on March 25. The final seal on the duration of the budget session will be put in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
