Due to the rush of passengers on Holi from Chandigarh and Ambala Cantt, the railways have run 3 special trains. These include one from Chandigarh to Gorakhpur, while 2 special trains from Ambala Cantt to Mau and Gorakhpur. Booking of these trains has started and if the number of passengers is high, then the number of trips or coaches of the train can be increased.
The first train will leave on March 6
The first train, train number 04504, will leave Chandigarh at 11:35 pm on March 6 and will reach Gorakhpur at 5:35 pm the next day. On the return, train number 04503 will leave Gorakhpur at 10:05 pm and reach Chandigarh at 2:10 pm the next day.
Ambala Cantt-Mau Special Train
The special train from Ambala Cantt to Mau will make 4 trips from March 6 to 28. Train number 05301 will leave from Mau at 4 am on March 6 and will reach Ambala Cantt at 12:05 am on Friday night. On return, train number 05302 will leave from Ambala Cantt at 1:40 am on Friday night and will reach Mau at 11:30 pm.
