Ludhiana | Before the by-election in Ludhiana, Shiromani Akali Dal candidate Parupkar Singh Ghumman has made serious allegations against Aam Aadmi Party candidate Sanjeev Arora. Ghumman has raised the issue of deployment of heavy police force outside Arora’s election office.
Visiting Arora’s temporary office on Ferozepur Road, Ghumman shared a live video on social media, which showed the presence of a large number of police forces and vehicles.
A large part of the police force is in Arora’s security
Ghumman alleges that about 200 to 250 policemen have been deployed outside Arora’s office. The SAD candidate said that while on the one hand incidents of theft and robbery are increasing in Ludhiana, on the other hand a large part of the police force is engaged in Arora’s security. What happened to the general public after the elections?
Referring to the robbery in Kichlu Nagar area, he said that common people are feeling unsafe. Ghuman said that when so much security is being taken before the elections, the situation of the common people can be even more worrying after winning the elections. People should use their votes wisely.
