Ludhiana has the highest number of cases in the state. 23 new cases have been reported here. This increase in Ludhiana has happened at a time when political activities due to elections, crowded election campaigns and movement to tourist places has increased due to summer holidays.
Death of two corona infected patients
The death of two Kovid patients has been confirmed from Ludhiana. One of them is a 69-year-old woman, who was undergoing treatment at PGIMER Chandigarh and the other is a 39-year-old man, who died at Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh. Health officials said that both the deceased already had serious illnesses, due to which the infection proved fatal. At the same time, they also had a travel history.
