A girl has committed suicide in Punjab University located in Chandigarh. The deceased has been identified as Amandeep Kaur (26). The deceased was to get engaged after two days. Her father is working as a superintendent in Punjab University.
The police has taken the body into custody and sent it to the hospital. The reason for death is not clear yet, although a suicide note has been found. The police is investigating the matter.
She was a fashion designer by profession. According to the information, the deceased had studied MSc Fashion Designing from an institute located in Tricity. She also got placed during her studies. After this, she was working in a reputed company. She was to get engaged after two days. In such a situation, there was a happy atmosphere in the house.
At night, she went to her room and slept. In the morning, it was found that she had committed suicide by hanging herself. She has written a suicide note. In this, she has not held anyone responsible. However, the family is unable to understand why she took this step.
