Over 400 members are part of the PCA. In addition to AAP MLA Kulwant Singh, several other leaders have filed their nominations. For the Apex Council, Kamal Kumar, Amarinder Veer Singh, and Saheb Jeet Singh have submitted their nominations. From the Institutions category, Vikram Kumar has filed his nomination, while from the District Associations category, Amarinder Singh, Rajat Bhardwaj, Chanchal Kumar, Amit Bajaj, Veer Devender Singh, and the designated in-charge are in the fray.
PCA currently has approximately 400 members, which include prominent political figures, businessmen, top-level bureaucrats, and former cricketers.

Significant Rise in ‘Category-A’ Members
According to PCA records, there has been a significant increase in the number of ‘Category-A’ members this year. While the electoral rolls of 2022 and 2023 recorded 249 members under this category, the 2025 list shows an increase to 402 members. Many of them are well-known and influential personalities from various sectors.
