Chandigarh: During the debate on the ‘War against Drugs’ campaign in the Punjab Assembly, there was a huge uproar when Minister Tarunpreet Singh was targeting the Congress government over drugs and AAP leaders were accusing Congress leaders of selling chitta. Pratap Singh Bajwa appealed to the Aam Aadmi Party ministers not to verbally attack anyone’s personal life and family. Bajwa said that accusing someone’s family of chitta is bigger than abuse, on which the Deputy Speaker appealed to both the parties to remain calm.
On this, Junior Avtar Henry also admitted that he had used abusive language. Pratap Singh Bajwa appealed to the Deputy Speaker to check the record and said that wrong terminology was being used by both the parties.
