A youth named Vicky was brutally murdered by his neighbours by cutting him with sharp weapons in Islamabad area of Amritsar at around 4 pm today. The accused say that Vicky had molested their daughter, while the family of the deceased says that their son had a financial transaction with the accused and he had gone to ask for his money.
The mother of the deceased told that four days ago Vicky had also gone to Mata Vaishno Devi in his car with the accused family. As soon as the incident was reported, the Islamabad police station in-charge reached the spot with the police force. The police have arrested a youth named Golu involved in the murder. The victim’s family says that their son was brutally murdered by the neighbours after calling him home. A function was going on in front of their house, where DJ was playing. Their son called for help, but due to the sound of the DJ, their son’s voice was not heard and the neighbours took advantage of this and killed him. On the complaint of the victim’s family, the police have registered a case of murder against the accused and started investigation.
