The atmosphere in Satnaur village of Garhshankar became tense last night when the bodies of a woman and a man were found in a black Alto car on the outskirts of the village. Kuldeep Singh, husband of the Sarpanch of Satnaur village, while giving information, said that he had received information from the villagers that the bodies of a woman and a man were lying in a black Alto car near the village school.
He told that he informed the Garhshankar police station in this regard. After this, a police team led by SHO Gagandeep Singh Sekhon from Garhshankar police station reached the spot and started investigation. The deceased have been identified as Dalveer Singh son of Avtar Singh, village Padrana and Rajni wife of Gyan Singh, village Padrana.
It is being told that both of them had eaten some poisonous thing, due to which they died and both were married. The Garhshankar police station police, with the help of the villagers, has kept the bodies in Civil Hospital Garhshankar for post-mortem and further necessary action is being taken. After this incident, an atmosphere of fear is being seen among the people.
