ED has taken major action in the money laundering case and seized and frozen properties worth Rs 73.72 crore in Punjab, Haryana and Maharashtra. According to ED, this action has been taken against the companies of ViewNow Group, especially ViewNow Infratech Limited, its director Rahul Anand Bhargava and other people and institutions associated with them. On August 14, 2025, raids were conducted at 10 houses and businessmen’s premises under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. During this, Rs 23.90 lakh in cash, electronic equipment, objectionable documents, shares worth Rs 63.49 crore were seized. Apart from this, immovable properties worth Rs 9.99 crore were frozen. In total, ED has seized and frozen properties worth Rs 73.72 crore.
