Police Surround Vehicles Playing With Death on the National Highway, Issue Warning

The traffic police took major action by stopping drivers who routinely risk their lives by driving in the wrong direction at the high-tech checkpoint near the Babri Bypass intersection on the Amritsar-Jammu National Highway. Traffic Incharge Satnam Singh, along with his team, spent a significant amount of time at the checkpoint this afternoon. Several drivers were also issued on-the-spot challans. Traffic Incharge Satnam Singh stated that the traffic police have been repeatedly appealing to people not to endanger their lives and property by driving in the wrong direction. Today, the police stopped and took action against several drivers in a short time.
