Significant news has emerged regarding the Daulatpuri gambling robbery in Kishanpura. Davinder alias DC, the main accused in the Daulatpuri gambling robbery that took place on September 30th, remains at large. This accused, who is listed as absconding, was seen openly in Adampur on the occasion of Dussehra. He served as the head of the Dussehra Committee, leading the entire event and honoring guests from the stage. Aam Aadmi Party leader Pawan Kumar Tinu, police officers, and local dignitaries were present at the event. Shockingly, the police were honored by the very person they were raiding to apprehend. According to reports, Davinder’s name had surfaced in the robbery and firing incident at a gambling den worth ₹15-20 lakh. CCTV footage was also obtained, but the police have not yet been able to arrest him.
DSP Kulwant Singh Sohal, who was honored on stage, clarified that he had no idea Davinder was wanted. He said that if he had known, he would have immediately called the police station and had him arrested. This entire incident raises many questions about police performance and the credibility of the accused.
