For students preparing for engineering admissions, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notice for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2026). This notice details the exam dates, application process, and the necessary requirements to be met before filling out the form.
According to the NTA, the JEE Main 2026 exam will be conducted in two phases: the first phase in January 2026 and the second phase in April 2026. The NTA will release the detailed exam schedule soon. Application forms for the January 2026 session will be available in October. Candidates can apply online by visiting the NTA’s official website. JEE Main is the country’s largest engineering entrance exam, providing admission to NITs, Triple IITs, and other universities. and other central-level engineering colleges. Aadhaar Card: The candidate’s name, date of birth, father’s name, and address must match their 10th-grade certificate.
The photo on the Aadhaar card must also be current.
UDID Card: This is mandatory only for candidates with disabilities. This card must be valid, updated, and renewed.
Caste Certificate (Category Certificate): Candidates applying under the EWS, SC, ST, or OBC (NCL) category must have a valid and updated certificate.
