The Tarn Taran Police CIA achieved a major success when they arrested the shooters who killed two people at the behest of gangster Satnam Singh Satta, who lives abroad. The police have initiated the process of obtaining remand for both accused from the court, which is expected to yield significant revelations during their interrogation.
During the press conference, SSP Madam Ravjot Grewal stated that during a joint operation by the Tarn Taran Police CIA staff and the Chohla Sahib police station, two accused have been arrested, identified as Sardul Singh alias Daula, son of Kala Singh, a resident of Luhar, Tarn Taran district, and Harpal Singh, son of Amrik Singh, a resident of Sangatpura village, Tarn Taran district. The SSP stated: Grewal stated that on the evening of September 29th, Sardul Singh alias Daula and Harpal Singh shot and killed Nishan Chaudhary alias Happy, son of Gurmeet Singh, in Naushera Pannuan town. Similarly, on October 7th, these two accused shot and killed Ajaib Singh, son of Massa Singh, in Rudiwala village. Gangster Satnam Singh Satta claimed responsibility for the killing in a post on his social media page.
He stated that the murder of Nishan Chaudhary in Naushera Pannuan village is believed to be a revenge killing for the death of gangster Satnam Singh Satta’s cousin, while the murder of Ajaib Singh in Rudiwala is believed to be due to a grudge against a police tout. After obtaining remand for both accused from the court, many more revelations are likely to be revealed during interrogation. DSP Goindwal Sahib Atul Soni, DSP Lavekesh Saini, and the CIA were present on the occasion. Staff in-charge Inspector Prabhjeet Singh, Chohla Sahib Police Station in-charge Sub-Inspector Baljinder Singh, PRO Jagdeep Singh etc. were present.
