According to reports, the road was opened for a short time last evening, but it has been closed again today due to ongoing repair work. Considering the convenience of the public, the administration has also suggested an alternative route. According to railway engineers, the work began only after the proposal prepared for strengthening the central support was approved. Several modern pieces of equipment, including two JCB machines, are being used for the work.
Officials say that the repair work is expected to be completed by November 8th. During this time, special attention is being paid to safety standards to ensure the future strength of the bridge and traffic safety.
