A video released by two female teachers in Chandigarh has sparked considerable discussion. In the video, they accused the principal and a TGT teacher of making casteist remarks. The matter reached the attention of Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria and the Education Department, after which the principal and the teacher in question were transferred.
Following their transfer, the teachers who filed the complaint released another video, which has again stirred controversy. In this new video, they stated that they have not yet received justice. They explained that while uniforms have been implemented for teachers in schools, true equality and respect are still lacking. They appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the President to intervene in the matter. Currently, no official statement has been issued by the administration regarding this case.
