The Beating Retreat ceremony has resumed at the Joint Check Post (JCP) Hussainiwala. Giving this information, the Public Relations Officer of BSF Punjab Frontier stated that the ceremony, which resumed today, will be held from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and on this occasion, a special performance will be given by the BSF Women’s Brass Band.
It is worth noting that the Hussainiwala checkpost on the Indo-Pakistan border was also affected by floods recently. Due to this, the Beating Retreat ceremony between India and Pakistan had been suspended. The Public Relations Officer of BSF Punjab Frontier stated that during the floods, the entire area of the Joint Check Post was submerged in water, due to which the Beating Retreat ceremony was stopped, but it has now resumed.
