These days, parents often give their children mobile phones to keep them busy or keep them quiet, but this convenience often leads to a major tragedy. One such tragic incident occurred in Sang Dhesian village in Phillaur.
According to family member Chhotu Yadav, his 10-year-old son was using his mobile phone in the bathroom. Suddenly, the phone exploded in his hand. The explosion burned his hand, and he ran out of the bathroom screaming. When his mother returned, the phone had been completely reduced to ashes.
The child’s father said, “This kind of accident can happen to anyone. Instead of giving mobile phones to children, parents should encourage them to engage in sports and outdoor activities.” This incident is a lesson for all parents to keep their children away from mobile addiction and prioritize their safety.
