The disappearance of Sarabjit Kaur, a woman from Kapurthala who traveled to Pakistan to celebrate the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, has now been clarified. Initially, Sarabjit Kaur was reported missing, but investigation revealed that she was not missing, but had changed her name to Noor Hussain and had married in Pakistan.
Sarabjit Kaur had traveled to Pakistan via the Attari border with 1,932 pilgrims on November 4th, but was not part of the returning group. During the investigation, suspicions arose when her nationality and passport number were found blank on her immigration form. Based on this, Indian agencies contacted Pakistani authorities and initiated an investigation. According to information now emerging, Sarabjit has married in Pakistan.
