Based on a complaint from Falitash Jain, a resident of New Madhopuri, the Sarabha Nagar police station has registered a case of fraud against Hero Realty Private Limited’s director, Sunil Kant Munjal, and sales head, Nikhil Jain.
According to the complainant, Falitash Jain, he purchased four flats from the company and paid approximately ₹2,41,13,602 at the company office in Delhi’s Okhla Industrial Estate. However, despite paying such a substantial amount, the construction of the flats was left incomplete.
Falitash Jain alleges that despite receiving the full amount, the company neither built the flats on time nor completed the construction work. According to him, all this was done as part of a well-planned conspiracy and he was financially harmed. After the complaint reached the higher authorities, the police swung into action and after investigation, a case has been registered against the top officials of the company. The police said that a detailed investigation into the matter has been started.
