The weather in Punjab is experiencing constant changes. The state is experiencing a chilly day by day. The Meteorological Department has issued a fresh update regarding the coming days. According to the department, an orange alert for a cold wave has been issued in Punjab. Morning fog is being observed in many areas of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast from today until December 2nd. Currently, there is no rain alert, and dry weather is expected until December 2nd. However, department experts predict rain in the state next week. Regarding temperature, the average temperature in Punjab has increased by 0.6 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours.
The maximum day temperature was recorded at 27.7° in Mansa district, 26.7°C in Ropar and Mohali, 26.2°C in Bathinda, 25.4°C in Hoshiarpur and Rupnagar, 24.2°C in Ludhiana. The lowest night temperature was recorded at 3.5°C in Faridkot. 5.6°C in Bathinda, 5.9°C in Amritsar, 6.65°C in Ludhiana. According to the Meteorological Centre Chandigarh, cold wave may prevail in some areas in the coming days, due to which the cold will increase further.
