Women no longer feel safe on the streets of the metropolis. A shameful incident has come to light in which an influential car driver not only stalked a young woman walking along the road but also attempted to intimidate her by engaging in obscene acts. In connection with this case, the police at Moti Nagar Police Station have registered a case against the accused, Robin Saruja.
In her statement to the police, the victim recounted that on April 1st, she had walked from her home to a beauty parlor. As she was returning home from the parlor after finishing her work, a white Brezza car began to follow her along the way. The victim alleged that the driver—identified as Robin Saruja—slowed his vehicle down as he approached her. He began to stare at her with lewd intent and proceeded to make obscene gestures and engage in repulsive acts in broad daylight. Terrified by the accused’s behavior, the young woman began to walk faster out of fear.
Shockingly, the accused’s audacity did not end there. When the victim, while running, reached the immediate vicinity of her home, the driver abruptly pulled his car right up to her and attempted to grab her. Reacting with agility, the victim instantly opened her home’s gate, rushed inside, and saved herself.
