Major Farmers’ Protest Outside DC Office in Ludhiana; Warning Issued

A large gathering of farmers was witnessed today outside the DC office located at the district headquarters. Various farmer organizations united on a single platform to stage a vigorous protest against the government. During the demonstration, the farmers raised slogans and vociferously articulated their demands. Farmers Raise Their Voice on Key Issues:
The farmers demanded the scrapping of the Electricity Amendment Bill, the termination of free trade agreements, the withdrawal of the four labor codes, and the restoration of the MGNREGA Act. They asserted that these decisions run counter to the interests of the agricultural sector and the working class. Leaders Warn of Intensifying the Struggle:
M.S. Bhatia, District Vice President of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Ekta-Dakonda), stated that if the government ignores their demands, the agitation will be further intensified. Leaders of the Kirti Kisan Union—Sadhu Singh and Baldev Singh Latla—also addressed the farmers, appealing to them to maintain their unity. Memorandum Submitted to the Administration:
