Shortly after the wedding, Man Singh took his wife, Amandeep Kaur, to Canada with the promise of a bright future. It is alleged that upon reaching Canada and completing the necessary legal formalities (to secure her status), Amandeep Kaur’s demeanor changed completely.
**Allegations of Fraud Committed Under the Guise of Marriage**
The complaint states that as soon as Amandeep Kaur obtained residency status there, she abandoned her husband, Man Singh, and moved to an undisclosed location without informing him.
