Students will be prepared for competitive exams through smart class rooms in government colleges of Haryana. Smart class rooms have been built in 22 colleges of the state, while 83 labs have been set up in 48 colleges. Work is going on to set up smart class rooms and labs in other colleges as well. Rural youth will get special benefit from this.

CM Saini gave these instructions

Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, while reviewing the Higher Education Department, directed Additional Chief Secretary Vineet Garg to submit a report on the facilities including infrastructure in every college. The buildings of colleges which are under construction should be completed soon.

Ensure that students do not face any kind of problem in the classes running in other alternative buildings till the construction of the building is completed. Solar panels should be installed on college buildings. Arrangement of boundary wall, water and toilet should be ensured in every college.

A big library will be built in Panchkula

Nayab Saini said that reading rooms will be set up in cities to provide quality reading material. A big reading room will be set up in Panchkula so that students of Panchkula do not have to go to Chandigarh. Reading rooms will be set up in every college. These reading rooms will remain open even after the college closes so that students can go there and study.

Foreign languages ​​will be taught to school students

Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda said that special attention should be paid to the distribution of reading material in schools. Special efforts should also be made towards teaching foreign languages ​​in schools so that children can be made proficient in foreign languages ​​along with their mother tongue.

A plan is being worked on to sign an MoU with the French Embassy to teach French language. This will give them more employment opportunities at the global level. He said that teachers posted on the same post in field offices for many years will also have to go to schools and teach the students.

It was told in the meeting that the norms of the National Education Policy have been implemented 100 percent till class three. This year the National Education Policy will be fully implemented till class seven.
