Haryana BJP has made a big change from the organizational point of view. Now 27 district presidents will be appointed in the state instead of 22. Out of these, 15 existing district presidents will be removed. Some district presidents can be accommodated in the state committee. BJP has also formed 5 new districts which include Hansi, Gohana, Dabwali, Gurugram Mahanagar and Ballabhgarh.
In Haryana, BJP has increased the number of districts by five from an organizational point of view. Now BJP will appoint 27 district presidents instead of 22 in the state. These 27 district presidents will together select the new state president. The process of appointment of all the district presidents is expected to be completed in the first week of February.
Out of the 22 district presidents already working, about 15 district presidents will be removed. Some district presidents will be removed due to being over age, while some have themselves expressed their desire not to work on this post. There are some district presidents whose performance in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections was not good.
Hansi and Gohana are also included in the 5 new districts of BJP
BJP has decided to hand over the responsibility of district president to hardworking and new members dedicated to the party in place of these district presidents. There are some existing district presidents who have done good work in the interest of the party. They can be accommodated in the state committee. The five new districts formed by BJP from organizational point of view include Hansi, Gohana, Dabwali, Gurugram Mahanagar and Ballabhgarh districts.
Gohana district has been formed by combining Gohana, Baroda and Kharkhauda, while Hansi district has been formed by combining Hansi, Barwala and Narnaul. Dabwali and Kalanwali have been included in Dabwali district, while Badshahpur, Sohna and Pataudi have been kept in Gurugram Mahanagar district.
Appointment can be done in the first week of February
A separate district will work in the name of Faridabad Mahanagar, but NIT Faridabad, Prithla and Badkhal have been included in the new Ballabhgarh district. BJP has made an action plan to issue appointment orders of all the district presidents by the end of January or in the first week of February.
In the presence of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and BJP’s state in-charge Dr. Satish Punia, in the meeting of the core group held recently in Gurugram, a consensus has been reached on completing the organizational activities at a fast pace.
BJP state president Badauli accused of rape
The names of those districts were also briefly discussed with organization minister Phanindranath Sharma, where district presidents are to be changed. BJP state president Mohan Lal Badauli has been accused of rape in Kasaudi by a woman from Delhi working in Sonipat. After these allegations, the entire organization of BJP is in shock.
The state level leadership of BJP is hopeful that the top leadership can take a strict decision in the matter of allegations against president Mohan Lal Badauli. BJP does not want to give any opportunity to its political opponents in the matter of allegations against the state president, so a new president can be appointed.
Badauli can be removed from the post of state president
BJP does not have a shortage of faces for the new president. Mohan Lal Badauli did not participate in some meetings of the organization in the past, but now he is participating regularly.
BJP leaders believe that after the appointment of new district presidents, it will be difficult for them to work under the leadership of the tainted state president, hence the party has no other option except replacing them.
