The Punjab government (Punjab Transfers) has once again transferred many officers. These include one IPS (Punjab IPS Transfers) and nine PPS (Punjab PPS Transfers) officers. IPS officer Dayama Harish Kumar has been given the charge of Joint Director Admin and additionally SSP Vigilance Bathinda. Let us tell you that earlier the Punjab government had transferred two IPS officers and 14 PPS officers.
The Bhagwant Mann government of Punjab (Punjab Transfers) is seen in action these days. After 177 names of Naib Tehsildars and 58 names of Tehsildars, two IPS and 14 PPS officers and now once again many officers have been transferred.
These officers were transferred
Transfer instructions of nine PPS officers including one IPS have been issued by the state government. IPS officer Dayama Harish Kumar has been given the charge of Joint Director Admin and additionally SSP Vigilance Bathinda.
At the same time, PPS officer AIG Vigilance AOW Manjit Singh has been appointed as SSP Vigilance Ferozepur, Swarndeep Singh as AIG Flying Squad Vigilance Bureau, Arun Saini as SSP Vigilance Ropar, Lakhbir Singh as SSP Vigilance Amritsar, Harpreet Singh as SSP Vigilance Jalandhar, Jagatpreet Singh as SSP Vigilance Ludhiana, Rajpal Singh as SSP Vigilance Patiala and Rupinder Kaur as SSP Vigilance EO Wing Ludhiana.
14 PPS officers including 2 IPS were transferred
Let us tell you that earlier Bhagwant Mann government had given instructions to transfer two IPS and 14 PPS officers. In fact, the Punjab government (Punjab Transfers) has ordered the transfer of 2 IPS and 14 PPS officers (Punjab PPS Transfers) and has posted seven PPS officers including Dayama Harish Kumar in the Vigilance Bureau, Punjab.
IPS Arvind Meena has been posted as SP Headquarters Rupnagar. Harpreet Singh, Lakhbir Singh, Manjit Singh, Harpreet Singh Mander, Swarndeep Singh, Rajpal Singh and Rupinder Kaur Saran have been posted in the Vigilance Bureau.
Apart from this, among other PPS, Rupinder Singh has been posted as DCP Urban, Ludhiana, Jaskiranjit Singh as Commandant 7th IRB Kapurthala, Gursewak Singh as AIG Counter Intelligence Ferozepur, Rajeshwar Singh as AIG ARP & SDRF Jalandhar, Ravinder Pal Singh as DCP Investigation Amritsar, Daljit Singh as AIG Armament Chandigarh, Harpal Singh as Assistant Commandant 4th IRB Shahpur Kandi, Pathankot.
Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars were also transferred
Earlier, Bhagwant Mann government had taken major action against the officers for the arbitrary behaviour of Tehsildars and not following orders. During this time, Bhagwant Mann government had transferred Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars.
This transfer was done on a large scale. According to the list, 177 names of Naib Tehsildars were transferred while 58 names of Tehsildars were transferred.
