Haryana budget session, uproar over inspector recruitment: BJP woman MLA used objectionable words, MLA Gautam said to CM- get jobs for bachelors

There was a ruckus on the inspector recruitment in 2008 during the proceedings of the 8th day of the budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. During this, CM Naib Saini and former CM Bhupendra Hooda came face to face. Along with this, Hooda also clashed with Vij on age. Hooda even talked about resigning.

Speaker Harvinder Kalyan got angry on the officers absent from the House. He said that the officers should be present in the House immediately. Their presence in the House is mandatory.

During the discussion on the budget, BJP woman MLA from Pataudi, Gurugram, Bimla Chaudhary raised the issue of drainage of dirty water in the House and narrated a story in which she used objectionable words. Everyone started laughing at this.

Speaker Harvinder Kalyan objected to this and said that Bimla Chaudhary, you know what you said. You just said something in your discussion, this is not appropriate. On this, Bimla Chaudhary requested to remove her from the proceedings and also apologized.

On the other hand, BJP MLA from Safidon of Jind, Ramkumar Gautam told the CM that unmarried people should be given jobs in Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited. They will get at least 15 thousand rupees. They will get married.

Uproar over Inspector recruitment scam

Earlier, after the Question Hour, there was a ruckus over the Inspector recruitment scam of 2008. BJP MLA Omprakash Yadav demanded an answer and threatened to walk out.

On this, former CM Bhupendra Hooda read out the verdict. On this, when CM Naib Saini started telling the matter from the beginning, Hooda got angry. He said that if what the CM is saying about the court’s decision is true, then I resign. On the other hand, Anil Vij and Bhupendra Hooda clashed with each other over the recruitment case as well as Vij’s age.

Kadian said- Minister Mahipal Dhanda misled

Before the zero hour, Congress MLA Raghuveer Kadian said that budget provision has been made in some schemes in the budget. I have a report of 160 pages. In this report, there are 215 projects, for which 6 thousand crore rupees have not been spent.

Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda has misled the House regarding this. I propose to bring a privilege motion against him to maintain the dignity of the House. Responding to this, Mahipal Dhanda said that we have listened to all the allegations very patiently. Speaker Harvinder Kalyan told Kadian to put this point in his time. After this, the Congressmen created a ruckus.

During the question hour, CM Naib Saini said that I assure the House that in the coming six months, not a single road of Haryana will be broken. All roads will be repaired.

1. BJP MLA asked- Why occupation of government land?

BJP MLA and former minister Moolchand Sharma questioned that there is encroachment in Shamlat land of Ballabhgarh. He said that one acre of the eight acres of land of Kundan Colony is encroached. I want to say that why are government lands being encroached. In response to this, Minister Vipul Goyal said that the government is taking action on this.

Congress MLA Kuldeep Vats questioned that Rs 4 crore was sanctioned in 2019 for ten villages of my constituency. This work was completed in 2020. After some time the pipeline laid burst, even today the problem of water remains the same there. On this, Minister Shruti Chaudhary said that she will get it investigated and take strict action.

3. Farmers have agricultural loan of Rs 60 thousand crores

On the question of MLA Aditya Chautala, Minister Arvind Sharma told that the farmers of the state have agricultural loan of Rs 60 thousand crores. Aditya Chautala asked what policy has the government made for the benefit of farmers in this matter. On this, the CM said that the farmer keeps taking and giving loans. This is a rotation. On this, Aditya Chautala said that water does not reach the fields, due to which the farmer suffers losses.
