The judge said – the accused is a threat to society
The judge said in the verdict that the accused is a threat to society. He will remain so in the future as well and there is no possibility of improvement in him. In such a situation, the court convicted him and sentenced him to death.
He will get food in jail, but hanging is necessary: Advocate Kamlesh Malik, who fought the case of the girl’s family, said during the debate that the culprit should not be shown mercy. If he is given life imprisonment and sent to jail, then he will get food there, so he should be hanged, so that next time no person does this to someone’s daughter.
