The Haryana government has canceled the recruitment of 3053 Group-C posts. Now the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has been allowed to withdraw the advertisement for these posts. This approval was sent by the Chief Secretary’s Office (CSO) after discussion with Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini.
The canceled posts include 66 posts of Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB), 1592 posts related to stenography and posts of many other departments. The special thing is that the decision of some of the posts which were canceled by the government last month has now been reversed and the old withdrawn posts are also included again in the new list. Now the commission will start the new recruitment process again for these posts.
Two days ago, 5600 police recruitment was canceled
Two days ago, the government canceled the advertisement for recruitment of 5600 male and female constables in Haryana Police. The government had given approval to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission to withdraw the recruitment advertisement. However, the commission is now preparing to issue a new notification for this police recruitment after CET-2025.
It is a matter of relief that the Haryana government has decided to give a chance to the old applicants in the new advertisement. Now the Haryana Staff Selection Commission can issue a notice to withdraw these advertised posts at any time.

Among the recruitments for which the government has given approval to the commission to withdraw the advertisement, the prominent ones are the 5600 recruitments of Haryana Police constable. Apart from this, recruitment of 66 posts of Mounted Armed Police constable is also included.
Group C includes 65 posts of Forester, 367 posts of Draftsman Civil, 16 posts of Network Assistant, 319 posts of Auto Diesel Mechanic, 180 posts of Fitter/Express, 08 posts of Draftsman Electrical, 04 posts of Draftsman Mechanical, 10 posts of Assistant Archaeologist, 24 posts of Motor Vehicle Inspector, 1075 posts of Stenographer, 517 posts of Stenographer English, 246 posts of Steno Typist Hindi, 156 posts of Assistant Draftsman Civil.
These posts will not be withdrawn
The Haryana government has decided not to withdraw some of the Group-C recruitments. The government has withdrawn the permission to withdraw them. These include 69 posts of Senior Scientific Assistant of Group 25, 57 posts of Forest Ranger of Group 7 and 06 posts of Deputy Ranger of Group 45.
Updated data of CET registration released
Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Chairman Himmat Singh has released the updated data of CET-2025 registration. Himmat Singh said that a total of 13 lakh 48 thousand 697 applications have been received so far for the Common Eligibility Test of Group-C. Hisar district was at the forefront in applying, from where 1 lakh 44 thousand 403 applications were received.
After this, 1 lakh 5 thousand 469 applications came from Bhiwani and 1 lakh 5 thousand 344 applications came from Jind. Among the districts with the least number of applications, 13 thousand 422 applications have been received from Panchkula, 22 thousand 424 from Faridabad and 22 thousand 940 from Nuh.
