Even before this, complaints of irregularities have been received in the Municipal Corporation regarding many projects. In the past years, questions have been raised about the quality of many works like repairing roads, maintenance of parks, and installing street lights.
Now the Municipal Corporation Commissioner has asked both the Superintendent Engineers to submit a report related to these four projects within 2 weeks. If irregularities are proved in the report, then action will be taken against the guilty officers or contractors.
