The Amloh police station arrested a woman on the alleged charge of forcing girls into prostitution in a nearby village. A district police spokesperson said that based on the information received, Surinder Kaur was arrested by the team of constable Savita Kaur in the presence of Inspector Kulwant Singh. He said that during the raid, another woman from Himachal was also found in the house of the said woman, who was allegedly being forced into prostitution. Surinder Kaur has been sent to New Nabha Jail on judicial remand till 11 September by the Hon’ble court.
