This morning, under the direction of SSP Jyoti Yadav, the Samrala police, led by SP Tejveer Singh and DSP Tarlochan Singh, conducted raids at various locations in Samrala. During the raids, the homes of suspects were thoroughly searched.
SP Tejveer Singh stated that, in accordance with the Punjab government’s directives, the Punjab Police is conducting raids across Punjab to eradicate drug abuse. As part of this, raids were conducted this morning in hotspots and drug traffickers’ homes in Payal, Machhiwara Sahib, Khanna, and Samrala in Khanna district. SP Tejveer Singh warned drug traffickers to abandon the drug trade and return to the mainstream, so that Punjab can once again become Rangla Punjab.
