A shocking incident has occurred in the city. A father, son, and grandson were severely burned in a fire that broke out in a house behind the Speedways Tire Factory near Suchi village. Bachan Singh’s son, Amarjit Singh, died, while his son, Kuldeep Singh, and grandson, Sahaj, are undergoing treatment at a private hospital. Their condition is also reported to be critical. The incident occurred last Friday evening. Upon receiving information about this tragic accident, Rama Mandi Police Station in-charge Manjinder Singh arrived at the scene and began an investigation. He stated that the cause of the fire is still unknown. He stated that only three people, Amarjit Singh, Kuldeep Singh, and Sahaj, lived in the house. He further stated that the police are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter. Kuldeep and Sahaj’s statements could not be recorded, as they were not eligible to testify. He stated that the body of the deceased, Amarjit Singh, has been sent to the Civil Hospital, and a post-mortem will be conducted on Saturday morning.
