An audio clip involving Punjab Congress Committee President Raja Warring is currently going viral on social media. According to this audio, Raja Warring appears to be threatening a police official.
As per reports, in the audio clip circulating on social media, Congress Chief Raja Warring is heard threatening a Punjab Police ASI (Assistant Sub-Inspector), stating that one does not need to go to the “higher-ups” to get an ASI dismissed. In response, the ASI remarks that such matters are in God’s hands. Raja Warring then retorts that this is *not* in God’s hands. Subsequently, the ASI pleads with him not to target someone merely at the behest of others. Raja Warring responds by asserting that he does not act on hearsay or the words of others; he is not a child—he is 50 years old. He adds that he is a politician, and he can instantly gauge the true nature of a person simply by the way they speak.
Continuing the conversation, Raja Warring cited the example of another police official, noting that there was once another ASI who had worked against him, and now “no one gives him the time of day.” Raja Warring further remarked that simply wearing a uniform does not make one God, adding that he has dealt with eight such ASIs in the past. Finally, in a threatening tone, he warned the police official: “Whether you are an ASI or a constable, know your place.”
The emergence of this audio clip has sparked a fresh round of debate within political circles. Meanwhile, the administration has not yet issued any official confirmation regarding the authenticity of this audio recording.
