To facilitate candidates appearing for various competitive examinations, Northern Railway has decided to operate three special unreserved ‘Exam Special’ trains passing through Jalandhar City from June 13 to June 20. The Railways states that the operation of these trains will make it easier for examinees to reach their exam centers. According to the Railways, Train No. 04643/04644 Firozpur-Amritsar Exam Special will run daily from June 13 to June 20. This train will operate between Firozpur, Makhu, Lohian Khas, Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala, Jalandhar City, Beas, and Amritsar.
Similarly, Train No. 04645/04646 Ludhiana-Jalandhar City Exam Special will also run from June 13 to June 20. This train will operate between Ludhiana, Phillaur, Phagwara, and Jalandhar City, providing relief to students traveling on this route. Additionally, Train No. 04549/04550 Saharanpur-Jalandhar City Exam Special will operate from June 13 to June 20. This train will reach Jalandhar City via Saharanpur, Yamunanagar, Ambala, Rajpura, Sirhind, Khanna, Ludhiana, and Phagwara.
Railway officials stated that all Exam Special trains will be unreserved, allowing candidates to travel without a reservation. The Railways has urged passengers to arrive at the station on time and to obtain the latest travel-related information through official railway channels.
